1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver to all major cities and regions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Mecca, Medina, and remote areas.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Major Cities (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam): 2 – 4 business days.

  • Other Regions: 3 – 7 business days.

  • Please note: Orders placed on Friday or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: [25 SAR] for orders below [Insert Amount, e.g., 250 SAR].

  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE delivery on all orders over 

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Fee: A small handling fee  may apply for COD orders.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with a tracking link. You can track your "Zambilu" package directly through our courier partner's website.

5. Courier Partners

To ensure reliable service, we partner with leading logistics providers in the Kingdom, such as Aramex, SMSA Express, and SPL.

6. Important Information

  • Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery address and mobile number are correct to avoid delays.

  • Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us after multiple failed delivery attempts, a re-shipping fee may apply.

  • VAT: All shipping charges are inclusive of the applicable KSA Value Added Tax (VAT).
